They are safe from any cross contamination as they are produced in a coeliac’s kitchen and have been carefully selected and tried and tested by many! You can choose the number and variety of slices that you wish to buy, and these are made to order.

We are a family business, catering to the individual, not the masses. So you can be sure that our slices are tasty and substantial, and not mass produced. We utilise fresh ingredients and do not include extra preservatives in our recipes.

Our target customers are adults and children who require gluten free treats, safe for Coeliacs. Some of our slices can also be produced dairy free for those that need them.
